The Pipeline Track (aka Donga/Dunga Gali–Ayubia track) is a scenic 3.5–4 km forest trail within Ayubia National Park. Originally built by the British to carry water via a pipeline to Murree, it follows this infrastructure through dense pine forests. A highlight is the British-era Moto Tunnel (built 1891, restored 2020) – a 250‑foot passage beneath the trail. The track is largely flat with only ~200 ft gain, making it accessible to most walkers.
Trail Duration: 40–60 minutes one‑way (3.5–4 km), round-trip including photos 1.5–2 hrs.
Ayubia NP itself was established in 1984 and expanded in 1998 to its current 3,312 ha, with average elevation around 8,000 ft.
