Insert the USB Flash Drive into a running PC / Laptop.

You will need Microsoft media creation tool to get that click here.

After downloading open it.

To accept the terms click accept.

Select second option create installation media and click next.

Use Recommended options but you can change them as your need and click next.

Select First Option USB Flash drive and click next.

Select USB Flash drive that you connected and click next.

Then it will start downloading windows and it will copy files to USB and create windows 10 bootable USB automatically.

There is also another option that if you want to get ISO file for later use you can do that. But if you do that you need to Create Bootable USB by another way, it will not create automatically. To download in step 7 where you were selected USB Flash Drive from there select ISO File and click next.
